Changeover Service:

We will be responsible for the cleaning of your property to the highest standard between rentals and ensuring that everything is in order for incoming guests. Any problems - such as blown light bulbs will be dealt with promptly.

Changeover cost - per size of property and Distance

€66 (based on a property of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms)  within a 20 km radius €0.35 each km over 20 km

We will

 Issue a full cleaning checklist for your property to include
    •Clean kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, toilets, floors, surfaces.
    • Check all lights
    • Clean fridge
    • Remove any provisions
    • Ensure terrace and outside furniture is clean
    • Clean Hob and oven trays
    • Replenish supplies toilet rolls, soaps, cleaning materials

 Supply a Report by email after every changeover including photographs.

 We use only eco friendly cleaning products.
